Essentially it is to be held between Nov 30th and Dec 4th in Leiden, The Netherlands. If you're interested in attending or speaking please email poc [at] dotastronomy.com The 2008 conference proceedings were published and if you would like a copy you can email robert dot simpson [at] astro dot cf dot ac dot uk. A few of the talks are to be found on arXiv as papers 0903.0805, 0903.0484, 0903.0266 and 0902.4809.
