The .Astronomy conference is featured on the front page of the offical International Year of Astronomy webpage, as a “featured event”. .Astronomy 2009 will be held in the Lorentz Center, part of Leiden University in the Netherlands between 30th November and 4th December 2009. We aim to explore further the themes outlined in our first conference (Cardiff, 2008) and to have hands-on, hack-day-style sessions where new ideas can be developed.
